Yes, the materials used in Sun Eight bags are waterproof. However, water may enter through the zippers or seams, so we classify our bags as water-resistant. They are designed to protect your belongings from light rain and splashes but are not entirely waterproof.
We recommend hand washing your bag with mild soap and water. Gently scrub any dirty areas and rinse thoroughly. Avoid using a washing machine or fully submerging the bag to maintain its structure and durability. After washing, let the bag air dry completely before use.

Currently, we do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders can be amended or canceled if they have not been fulfilled. To check your order status, refer to the confirmation email or contact us immediately.
We currently ship across Malaysia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. For assistance, please contact us at info@suneight.co.

• Buckle Malfunction
Please note: General wear and tear is not included under the warranty.
Yes, all Sun Eight bags come with a default 199-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. We offer a free extension to a 365-day warranty if you register your product on our Warranty Registration page. By registering, you will be eligible for a full year of warranty coverage.
