Warranty Coverage Period
All Sun Eight products come with a 199-day limited warranty, starting from the original date of purchase as stated on the receipt or order record.
Customers may extend the warranty coverage to 365 days by completing the warranty registration within the required period after purchase.

Eligibility & Purchase Channel
This warranty applies only to products purchased through Sun Eight’s official channels or authorised sellers in Malaysia.
Products purchased from overseas sellers, unauthorised sellers, or counterfeit sources are not eligible for warranty coverage.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Zipper malfunctions not caused by misuse or excessive force
- Buckle or clip defects
- Strap or stitching issues
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper handling
- Accidental damage, cuts, or water exposure
- Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
- Cosmetic changes due to long-term use
- Products purchased from unauthorised or overseas sellers
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Processing Time
- Review & approval: within 1-3 working days
- Resolution processing: approximately 3-14 working days
- Estimated total timeframe: up to 5-20 working days
Timelines may vary depending on the nature of the case and availability of replacement parts.
Warranty Resolution
If a claim is approved, an appropriate solution will be provided based on assessment, which may include:
- Repair service / Replacement of the affected part
- Replacement of the product (where applicable)
The type of resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Arrangement
Once a warranty claim has been approved:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Sun Eight, where applicable.
- The cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer will be borne by Sun Eight.
Detailed shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
Important Notes
- Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase.
- Warranty extension to 365 days requires successful registration within the specified period.
- Each warranty claim is assessed individually.
- Replacement or repair provided under warranty does not reset or extend the original warranty period.
- Sun Eight reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims based on inspection and assessment results.
